Whether you’ve lost momentum or feel overwhelmed, don’t worry—it’s never too late to course-correct. Here are practical remedies and tips to help you stay on track with your goals.


Choose S.M.A.R.T. goals

  • Specific: Be clear about what you want to achieve. Instead of saying, “I want to get healthier,” say, “I want to walk for 30 minutes, five days a week.”

  • Measurable: Quantify your goal so you can track your progress. For example, aim to read one book per month instead of just “read more.”

  • Achievable: Set goals that are challenging but realistic given your current circumstances and resources.
